Italian Style Chicken Wings
Ingredients
For Seasoning Chicken:
- 4 1/4 – 5 pounds chicken wingettes
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika or sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 – 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
For the Garlic Parsley Butter Mixture:
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated garlic
- 1/4 cup finely minced parsley
- 8 ounces butter
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
For the Cheese:
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Season Chicken Wings:
- Add the chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes and olive oil. Preheat oven 375F Degrees :
Roast Chicken Wings:
- Add the chicken wings in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
