  • In a small saucepan or teapot, add the water, ginger, thyme, and bring to a boil. Reduce flame and simmer 10 minutes. Turn off the flame.
    2 1/4 cups water, 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, 2 – 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Add in the lavender and chamomile flowers. Steep 10 minutes or to your desired strength.
    Note: May use a tea infuser container.
    1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers, 2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
  • Strain and sweeten with raw honey or your favorite sweetener. Sip in the AM or in the evening. Enjoy.
    Note: May skip the sweetener altogether.
